A Brief Biography of Black Sherif – Wiki
Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong (born 9 January 2002) known professionally as Black Sherif is a Ghanaian musician and performer from Konongo, Ghana. He gained mainstream acclaim with his street anthem “Second Sermon” released in July 2021. His March 2022 single titled “Kwaku the Traveller” reached number 1 on the Ghanaian and Nigerian Apple Music charts.
Black Sherif was born and raised in Konongo in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He completed Kumasi Academy for his second cycle education and is a student of University of Professional Studies (UPSA).
Further more, Black Sherif featured Nigerian superstar artiste and Grammy Award Winner Burna Boy on the remix of his song titled “Second Sermon” which was released in December 2021, and that became the hit songs that fully introduce Nigerians and the rest of the world to his music and how he topped most the famous music charts in naija was history.
