Exclusive: Rihanna will soon put out some brand-new music for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.

She will be releasing a reggae-inspired song as early as Friday, October 28, according to sources close to the Bajan pop queen who spoke to Urban Islandz on Tuesday (October 25). Although the track’s title is unknown, Rihanna has two songs on the upcoming album, which also features Tems, The Weeknd, Stormzy, Doja Cat, and other musicians.

According to sources, “she recently worked on a reggae-inspired music that she enjoyed and the curators believed it was a nice fit. There is also a potential collaboration that is awaiting some clearance work on the back end.

A$AP Rocky and RiRi were seen spending four consecutive days at a New York studio last month. She has already made two trips to the same studio this month, indicating that she is planning a new undertaking.

The upcoming year will be very busy for Rihanna, who will perform at the Super Bowl halftime show and go on stadium tours. Her Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 4 is scheduled on November 9 and will be aired on Amazon Prime Video to start off the following month.

Her upcoming songs for the soundtrack to Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be her first solo releases since the release of her last album, ANTI, in 2016. It goes without saying that her fans are ravenous for new music, and the timing couldn’t have been better to create the mood for her eagerly anticipated Savage X Fenty concert.

Rihanna has not made any announcements regarding her next songs or Super Bowl halftime show. She did, however, acknowledge that she had some anxiety before taking the stage, particularly since it had been a long since she had performed in front of a crowd this size. She already has a crew in place working on the production, and she has a shortlist of performers who will join her on stage for the Super Bowl Halftime Show, according to what is known.

Last weekend, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were photographed at a private showing of Will Smith’s newest movie, Emancipated. Along with Smith, Dave Chappelle, Kenya Barris, Tyler Perry, and others, the couple shared a photo online.
