Design and Display

At first glance, the Oppo Reno 8T can be easily mistaken for the OPPO Reno 8T 5G model. It has a similar design with sleek and slim profile with a matte finish that gives it a premium look and feel. The Oppo Reno phone has a smooth finishing with an iridescent glow, that changes colour depending on the angle its been flaunt.

At the front, the Reno8 T houses a large 6.43-inch curved AMOLED display panel that spills over the edges. This display is made of glass and spread wide to the edges of the phone leaving ultra-slim bezels around the phone display.

The back panel is made of plastic material that looks very much like a polished aluminum material. This plastic is durable, smooth, and lightweight, measuring   7.7 mm in thickness and 171g in weight.

The position of the rear camera module is still the same has the Reno8 T 5G. It is positioned at the top left side corner with two large circular lenses and a LED flash. There is also the OPPO branding on the bottom left and an almost invisible “108 MP Portrait Camera” inscription inside the camera module, below the camera lenses.

On the right side of the smartphone is the SIM tray for two nano SIM cards and a microSD card slot with volume button. The left has the power/lock buttons. At the bottom, there is the USB Type-C port, speaker grille and 3.5mm headphone jack. The top has the second microphone for noise isolation on calls.

The phone’s 6.43-inch AMOLED display  features a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The screen has a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate, which makes scrolling and navigating the phone feel incredibly smooth.
