Superstar singer, Wizkid Balogun is currently taking heavy punches online after promoting his MIL docuseries amid the June 12th protest.

Citizens across the country exercise their right to protest for a better Nigeria today, June 12th particularly, as the nation marks its Democracy day.

Wizkid, however, took to Twitter to announce the release of his MIL docuseries today as his debut album ‘Superstar’ clocks 10.

“#ASuperstarMadeInLagos docuseries now out! Shout out @youtube,” he wrote.

This was followed by series of backlash as social media users called him out for doing the same thing he once called a fellow singer, Reekado Banks, ‘an animal’ for during the #EndSARS protest.
