A SHORT BREAK AFTER A LONG SILENCE
There goes my heart beating again,
After melting moments nutured the pain,
I thought you’ve put yourself together
and redesign yourself
out of vulnerability; after it all fade away.
Shut the voice that says again,
“Go for it!”,
It has no gain.
It was stunted remember;
Like a plant placed in a closet,
it came with agony like merry comes every December,
there was no sunlight in this domain,
drought drizzled; dryness fell upon it like rain,
and there it remained in pain,
in pain of its beauty being detained,
refrained;
and restrained;
while it could have flourished.
Oh yes my heart!
It feels pleasant when being treated like royalty,
But don’t you forget, its intention is to be seen,
to be felt like touches of a tender skin;
Your secrets are safe with me,
Let’s not spill the beans on how you were broken,
good intentions and bad decisions that were chosen,
Well, I’m not the type that digs holes of the shameful past,
fetch the shame and throw them to your face;
the uproars and downcasts;
Yes! We should probably walk through this path,
No, I won’t do that.
Ye fragile part of me shaped like an upsidedown pear,
How beautiful are you when you wear and tear,
It’s high time you lived again and breathe new air,
Do not loose your guard in the quest to find a guard.
Instead, be your guard, your guardian angel, put on the unassailable armour.
Stay strong in silence,
Till you create a lively ambiance.
Keep on holding on,
Until you never have to hold on…
