Graham Potter of Chelsea FC has responded to inquiries over the blues’ pursuit of Cristiano Ronaldo, Christopher Nkunku, and Rafa Leao.
Graham Potter discussed his opinions on the rumored increased interest of Chelsea FC in signing Cristiano Ronaldo, Christopher Nkunku, and Leao during his pre-game press conference today, Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
Without first mentioning Chelsea’s interest in the player, the manager was all praise for Rafa Leao. He spoke candidly about the young Portuguese star’s talents.
Potter revealed:
I’ve been really impressed with Rafa Leão whenever I’ve watched Milan games, he’s a top player. In terms of what happens in the future, who knows whether he can do this in Premier League or not. He’s got the capability, for sure”.
On Cristiano Ronaldo and Christopher Nkunku joining Chelsea in January 2023, Potter said:
I’m not gonna speak about players that are not in our team
.…and Cristiano Ronaldo? We can spend all day with these questions. Whilst they aren’t our players, I don’t speak about them.
