Membis Okorie Chukwukamma – A LETTER TO MY SIDECHICK

Membis Okorie Chukwukamma - A LETTER TO MY SIDECHICK
Membis Okorie Chukwukamma - A LETTER TO MY SIDECHICK

You are everything I do not want in life
How come you are the one for me
I watch myself sliding away from my love
Into your arms like I am under dark spell

I have a girlfriend, why am I falling again?
All my rivers flowing into your dirty ocean
Hey! Young Lady with some bad attitude
Why do you want to spend a whole night?

Your laughter is not funny at all but I smile
You are boring yet you keep me company
And when you turn your body curves around
My pride and self control turn upside-down

Those Valentine’s flowers weren’t for you
But I still gave them all to you. Such a fool.
Last night was the seventh time in count
I deleted your contact from my phone

I blocked your line yet you called again
With another number so I had to pick it
I heard your voice before you said a word
Vowed it was over, you can’t be my lover

But same moment we started all over
When I heard you moaning in desire
My lady can’t even look into my eyes or kiss
Yet she is home to my splitting soul

You are so weird, something close to lunatic
You talk too much even while asleep
You repeat a story a hundred and one times
Yet it seems interesting so I listen carelessly

You promised you will never let my lady know
But you keep calling when she comes to me
This should be my last goodbye poetry
But I am addicted to your body chemistry

And will miss the magic of your sexy moves
Your body odour smells like sprouting roses
I like to play with your tiny fingers when cold
And I love them more dancing on my chest

Hope I am not a victim of sidechick distraction?
Don’t waste time dear, come over here
Let me hold your neck and kiss your lips
Don’t waste time dear, come over here
I want to feel your soul once again.
